Howling Trains and Barking Dogs was produced by Two-time Grammy nominee Cindy Bullens and recorded in her Home state of Maine in 2010. Special guests include David Mansfield on fiddle, Radney Foster and fellow Refugee band members, Wendy Waldman and Deborah Holland. The new recording is pure Americana and a genuine reflection where Cindy Bullens is as a solo artist.
