ChocoFactory formed in late 2011 after fellow Tech Music School students, Audrey, Ray and Andrea met when collaborating on a project. After each seeing what the other could do as well as sharing an instant connection, they started making music together. Now, just months later, they have their debut single ‘My Way’ due for release on the 1st April. ‘We learnt so much recording this track, it was really important for us to get the message out there; don’t give up, persevere for what you believe in.’ says Andrea. ChocoFactory take inspiration from R&B, pop, and dance to create their own unique sound ‘Our aim is to create songs with substance and a unique point of view’ says Audrey, the group’s vocalist.

With a growing fan base in London, their status as a band has been further solidified through winning auditions to play at venues the Redback in Acton and The Garage in Islington – well known for hosting bands such as Artic Monkeys, Placebo and Red Hot Chili Peppers. The band is looking forward to touring, with plans to play across the UK and Europe throughout 2012.
